Kickboxercise Class Schedule

FITNESS with a PUNCH!

This class will offer a cardio, kick boxer's workout. An ideal way to condition your cardiovascular system while at the same time developing your self defense skills. Lose weight, increase your flexibility, tone and strengthen muscles. Classes are always energetic and fun. This is a non-contact class.

Classes every Friday 5:30 to 6:15. Cost: $28.00 per month or $7.00 per class.

All classes are for 45 minutes
